Since the day we moved to our own apartment, I noticed some changes. I have become a certified housekeeper making sure that everything is available in the house. From buying groceries up to some enamel cookware needed for the household, I look after them.When there are things to be repaired, I also make sure that things are taken care of. It isn’t easy but fulfilling when you manage your own household. It’s a different feeling. It is some kind of an achievement knowing you have something that you can call your “own” at least.

I hope someday, I’ll be a housekeeper of my own house, not an apartment but our own.

While I was reading some info on www.supplementing.com, I suddenly remembered the draft post I made last night. I would love to take part on Baby Bella’s fund raising to her surgery done the soonest possible. Baby Bella is just almost my baby’s age and currently suffering from Hernia. She is the youngest daughter of Mommy Rubz. If I am not mistaken, I’ve known Mommy Rubz already for over 3 years now. With all the things she had already gone through in the past years, I feel it’s too much for her to still take all the loads she is currently having right now.

I actually wanted this one and already made up my mind of buying it, but when I checked the delivery/shipping details, it says “Preorder items take one month to arrive from the date of order”. It’s too long, I thought. I couldn’t afford to carry her for long hours everyday. There has to be a solution. Erchee definitely needs a rocker aside from my arms cradling her till she dozes off.

On my way back home from the hospital to get the records for completion of my SSS maternity requirements, I went around the area and tried finding a rocker similar to what I saw online. Luckily I found one, not a good girly color but a good alternative/solution to my problem “nasanay sa karga at sayaw”. A lot cheaper too! I got it for P1,300 only. Though it doesn’t have an automatic rocking motion, sure thing it did put Erchee to sleep, calmly, quietly without cries.

… between being a SAHM and getting a new challenging job (take note I didn’t have to do a Manufacturing job search this time). I know I’ve already said here exactly two months ago that family comes first but an offer like this is so darn tempting!

While I was busy keeping up with my FB games alternately, a message over Skype popped up! It was from my former boss.

Hi Mitch! Now with a baby, still not interested to go back to work?

I replied,

Hi, would love to but I dunno how I’d manage with two and work at the same time.

With his reply and offer, it made me think again,

Fine, maybe want to start part time? Can offer you Assistant Marketing Mngr.

Now I’m torn! He says I can work part time, with a flexi schedule and I can decide when to start the job. I’m so interested but of course I’ll have to see his proposal first if the price is right and offer is really not complicated with my mommy duties. I told my husband already and
