If I am to choose between Orlando vacation packages and an iPad right now, well… I’d choose an iPad hahaha! Seriously! I’d go for an iPad. Though I have to admit, it’s a hard decision to make hahaha! Vacation is a vacation and Orlando vacation package could be one of the dream vacations anyone could wish for.

However, practically speaking iPad is the right answer. Then, maybe I’ll surf the net and visit Orlando online through my iPad! LOL! In my dreams… Hmmmmm… wait, I remember someone promised me I could have this once it’s released. But since I am a very understanding wife, I’ll pass this time. Priorities first! Ate Deye is transferring to a more expensive pre-school and Christening for bunso is scheduled in May. So there, that explains well.

This blog’s title will once again confuse you, but no worries, half of my time will still definitely be spent at home attending to my two beautiful daughters so I guess having the title/domain name unchanged is justifiable.

To cut the story short, I have accepted the job and will start on April 1. I’m supposed to join this week but because of the unfortunate turn of events lately (our househelp decided not to come back after claiming she was sick but in fact she lied!), I requested if I could start on the said date. By then, Deye’s schooling for this year is over and I’ll have an ample time finishing the paperworks I still have to finish plus maybe get used to the routine with our new househelp. I’m so thankful that we found a new one yesterday and the boss agreed and considered my request.

Of course, I’d still be with Deye going back and forth to school. By noon, I’ll sure be home for my kids, feed bunso and maybe get Deye ready for school like fixing her hair etc. Having a flexi time at work will allow me to do mommy duties too! At least if/whenever there are school events that I need to attend to, I can always squeeze it in and won’t have to worry of the work sched getting affected. I’m so grateful for this arrangement that my boss had given me. So thankful!

I actually wanted this one and already made up my mind of buying it, but when I checked the delivery/shipping details, it says “Preorder items take one month to arrive from the date of order”. It’s too long, I thought. I couldn’t afford to carry her for long hours everyday. There has to be a solution. Erchee definitely needs a rocker aside from my arms cradling her till she dozes off.

On my way back home from the hospital to get the records for completion of my SSS maternity requirements, I went around the area and tried finding a rocker similar to what I saw online. Luckily I found one, not a good girly color but a good alternative/solution to my problem “nasanay sa karga at sayaw”. A lot cheaper too! I got it for P1,300 only. Though it doesn’t have an automatic rocking motion, sure thing it did put Erchee to sleep, calmly, quietly without cries.

Today, I received the diaper bag I ordered from Baby Couture through their local dealer here in the Philippines. I love its look. The bag design. The pattern. The compartments and most of all the size. It comes with a diaper changing mat and wipes holder.

I think I’ve mentioned here that Santa came to town a bit too early for my kids. I would say Santa is not left behind or out dated huh? He sent his “gift” in cash through a very reliable source “PayPal”. Got the money transferred to my account last week and started buying for Ate Deye first. In fact, she has already worn a set of those.

FIRST School of SBFZ celebrated Christmas Medley yesterday where students in each level contributed special numbers + the crowning of King & Queen 2009 and a raffle draw from the tickets they sold. Basically, it’s a fund raising project of the school’s committee in prep for the next year’s school beautification.
