An almost pre-nup shot
At the age of 5, that was last year, Deye, my eldest daughter has shown her interest in self-photography. She would make faces in front of her DSi and take photos of herself like there’s no tomorrow. Whenever she gets the chance, she would take my digital camera and shoot just about anything. I’ve also seen photos of her school ID placed on our sofa, still taken from her DSi. Yes, she has the potential and that confirmed my instinct the day I asked her to take our photo last weekend at the Resort.

B2B Telemarketing
My eldest would always say to me “I wanna be like you when I grow up”. That’s what she normally answers when asked “What do you want to be when you grow up?” She would even mention her interest of going to the office everyday. She knows how it is. Terrible Five?
For the past weeks, I have been having a hard time dealing with my 5 year old. She would not just get up in the morning until I stress on my voice telling her to get up quickly as it is running late. - First offense. I called her thrice already for dinner but she was still glued on TV.
- Second offense. She grabbed the DSi from her baby sister.
- Third offense. She grabbed the DSi from me. I always tell her not to do that, just ask nicely.
- Fourth offense that really drove me mad was when I was talking to her calmly but she would not just say a word and won’t even look at me.
And when it takes me to the highest boiling point, Read the rest of this entry »
On choosing Halloween Costumes for your kids
This year is the 3rd year that my eldest is participating in their School’s Halloween Special.
In year 2009, she was a Pink Fairy. The dress itself was actually inspired by Tinkerbell’s and I gave it a little twist by changing the strap into a feather material. I bought an extra feather materials to accessorize her white ballerina shoes so that she’d have a matching dress and wings. The wings were ready made, it came with a magic wand and head pieces. I had her hair tied up, clipped my wedding hair extension and tiara on it. Then I bought stickers for her face and arms for only Php5 each set. Click on the image for larger view.
I really made an effort in producing this costume. It’s worth it! She bagged the Best in Costume that year. I also didn’t have a hard time making her wear it, it was her choice, that’s why. Read the rest of this entry »
