Pregnancy Discomfort : Backache
I just thought I had to share this since I have this discomfort these days. In fact, I had taken a couple of duvadilan tabs (of course, as prescribed by my OB) coz I had a terrible backache since the day I traveled to Manila back and forth on the same day. She told me that I can only travel until next month, not farther than Manila and make sure to take this tab beforehand.
Several factors work together to cause backaches. Some women respond to the changing center of gravity by pulling the shoulders back, which puts pressure on the lower back. Wearing shoes with a heel will further exaggerate this arching, causing worse backaches.
The ligaments that hold the uterus in place are attached to the back. As the uterus grows, this added weight pulling on the back may cause backaches.
When your baby begins to descend into the pelvis, the head can cause pressure on the pelvis which may be felt as a backache.

I sure know nothing about auto accessories, but pregnancy matters? Tell me about it! Anyway, I had my prenatal check up yesterday, so far so good except that my baby is on a transverse position.
A transverse baby may be a temporary condition due to the positioning of the mother, or it could be due to other reasons. Common reasons for a transverse baby are multiple babies, low-lying placentas, small pelvic inlets, weak abdominal wall, and issues with the uterus or baby.
That is why I always feel her on my down left side only. She kicks a lot though but just on that side. Too early to tell but she’s got to be in the right position by next month, otherwise there’s a possibility that I’d have a CSection delivery. I don’t want that! Please!
Sidenotes:
Weight : 130 lbs
Fetus age : 26w 2d
