This is how it’s going to look like, hopefully….
It has 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, a powder room and a servant’s quarter down. Oh by the way, my bestfriend Jepoy designed this house for us. Free of charge heehee! He’s a graduate of Architect – UST but now in Saudi trying his luck. Anyway, he designed this as per my request. Actually, we had a deal before that he’s going to design my house and I’m glad he’s keeping his promise.
I’m torn between a tiled floor or a wood flooring. I preferred the last one but maintenance is the problem. Unlike having a tiled floor, it’s more easier to sweep it with a wet cloth.
