Talking About Fats

According to Wikipedia:

Brown rice (or “hulled rice”) is unmilled or partly milled rice, a kind of whole grain, a natural grain that remains unbleached. It has a mild nutty flavor, is chewier than white rice and becomes rancid more quickly. brown rice has the reputation of being more nutritious, although direct comparison with enriched white rice shows few nutritional differences. Brown rice and white rice have similar amounts of calories, carbohydrates, and protein, although many types of brown rice contain more fat than white rice.

So why am I talking about this? It’s because the rice served at work is brown rice. I think I’d need to read some more of fat burner reviews to anticipate some bad things that could happen teehee! In fact I’ve already gained 1.5kgs in just a month. *sigh*
