Do you have kids? Yes, I have only one daughter {for now heehee!}.

How old are they? 32 months old.

What do you think is the ideal age for the kids to be sent to school? It depends. For me, if you think your child is ready, then it’s okay. Today’s generation is far different from ours where kids are sent to school at the age of 6. Those days if you come from a well off family, then kids are found in school as early as 4 years old, simply bocz they have enough money to pay the school. LOL!

Would you consider sending your 3-year-old toddler to school? Yes. I thought about this already. At first I was hesitant thinking I might deprive her from enjoying her childhood. But nowadays, preschool offer interaction with kids of their age, so I guess it’s almost the same of letting your child play within the neighborhood.

Explain your reasons : My daughter is turning 3 in January 2009 and we are set to enrol her in a preschool the following school year which is in June 2009. In our house/area, she’s got no one to play with in the same age, no one else to be with when everybody else is busy. So, I find this as a good idea. She’d get to be with other kids of her age and at the same time she’d learn the rest of the things that we are not able to teach her.

I would like to know your thoughts on this Vannie, Feng, Rach and Joy.
